The information you will get is based on close to 3 decades of personal exercise experience. Martin (the man behind Fat Burn Fitness), is well versed in calisthenics, weightlifting, kettlebell training, and running.
Field Tested
For almost 5 years, Martin managed a team of personal trainers and group exercise instructors. He also trained many clients of all ages and abilities and learned firsthand what works.
Previously Certified
During his years as a fitness professional, Martin earned numerous industry certifications such as the NASM certified personal trainer certificate, the Dragon Door Progress Calisthenics certification, and lots more.
Approachable
Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, there's something here for you. From the person who can't do a single pushup to the person who wants to learn how to do a one arm pushup on the back of the wrist - you've got a home here.
